All Units have Full Kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, Satelite tv, WiFi , full sized refrigerator and range, Bathroom/showers. Units have Beds and some with Hide-abeds with clean bottom sheet only--No other bedding provided (bring sleeping bags or what ever). Towels and wash cloths provided. All units have Some pots and pans and dishes.

Rates per night: No Cats, Dogs (25 pounds max and caged) permitted in units only on prior approval, additional cost and deposit). Children 12 and under free (up to 2, $5 charge there after) Add 10.4 % State lodging tax.

Cabin and Studio: $25 (1st person) plus $5 more per person after the first person
122 House and Mobiles: $45 (1st person) plus $5 more per person after the first person
73 Kellogg: $55 (1st person) plus $5 more per person after the first person
83 8th Street: Large Double Wide 28x65: $55 (1st person) plus $5 more per person after the first person

All lodging of 3 nights and more are as quoted above.
Sur charge for only 1 night stay is $7 additional
Sur charge for 2 night stay is $12 additional

Lodging of 7 nights is only charged for 6 nights. Lodging of exactly 6 nights is charged 1/2 price for the 6th night. Monthly rates?, just ask.
