The Clallam County Department of Community Development, the United States Army Corp of Engineers, the United States Environmental Protection Agency Region Ten, Cape Flattery School District and Clallam Bay Lions Club, sponsored a "Vision to Action" plan Workshop on July 28th 2009 @ the Clallam Bay High School Cafeteria Presented by Jim Waddell of the Army Corp of Engineers and his group.
